Before initiating a return, let’s make sure the issue you’re facing can’t be resolved with a little extra care or adjustment. Sometimes, a simple fix can make a world of difference and save the hassle of returning your pillow.
- Pillow Feels Too Firm or Too Soft:
- Ensure you have chosen the right pillow (e.g., Talalay for a softer feel, Dunlop for firmer support).
- Latex pillows soften slightly with use—give it a few nights to adjust to your unique shape.
- Pillow Retains Heat:
- Use a breathable, moisture-wicking pillowcase to improve airflow.
- Ensure proper ventilation in your bedroom.
- Pillow Feels Uneven:
- Gently fluff or rotate the pillow to distribute material evenly. Latex is naturally resilient.
- Concerns About Cleanliness:
- Use a good pillow protector to keep allergens and sweat at bay.

Our Return Policy
If troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, our 30-Day Return Policy ensures you can return your pillow with minimal hassle. Please read through the steps and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the pillow is in original condition with all packaging intact:
- Pillow must be free from hairs, odors, stains, or any residual matter.
- Washed pillows are not eligible for returns.
Replacement Orders
Replacement orders are reviewed case-by-case and are at our discretion.
Return Costs
- Faulty items (damaged, incorrect, or lost): Return shipping covered by us.
- Change-of-preference returns: Buyer covers shipping and a £4.99 restocking fee.
Process to Initiate a Return
Email us at hello@notswisscheese.co.uk with the subject line: "Return Request - Order No. XXXX". Include:
- The reason for the return.
- Images of any identified fault (if applicable).
We’ll respond within 24-72 hours, confirming the next steps.
Inspection and Refunds
- We inspect items for hygiene and condition upon receipt.
- Refunds processed within 10 working days (minus applicable fees).
- We reserve the right to withhold refunds for unhygienic or damaged items.
30-Night Risk-Free Trial
Available for specific campaigns, with the same return conditions and cost responsibilities as standard returns.
Sustainable Practices
If your pillow is beyond the return window, consider donating it to a homeless shelter to support a good cause.
